  6. Discuss approach to Jerry’s Amoco – take action if needed
  7. Resolution Authorizing Interim Financing through Associated Bank
  8. Approve Hwy 51 Utility Reconstruction Project refinancing – $296,557.30 at 4.25% for a 3-year balloon – grant reimbursements to be applied as received
  9. Motion to convene into closed session Pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (e) for competitive bargaining reasons – discuss terms and conditions of a development agreement with Cobblestone
  10. Motion to reconvene into open session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.86
  11. Take action on matter discussed in closed session
  12. Adjourn

The above meetings are open to the public and will be held in the meeting room at City Hall.
