City-Wide Water System Flushing – Area 1

 In an effort to maintain water quality and remove accumulated sediment from its water distribution mains, the City of Hurley Water Department will conduct hydrant flushing the week of May 18th, 2026. Flushing will occur between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on Monday through Thursday early morning hours to reduce the inconvenience to the public.

Customers may experience discolored water and lower than normal water pressure during these dates and times. Inquiries may be directed to the City of Hurley Public Works Department at 715-561-2160 or the City of Hurley Clerk’s Office at 715-561-4715.
