- Call to Order
- Roll Call
- Acknowledge that public notice of the meeting was properly posted
- Verify with the Assessor that open book changes are included in the assessment roll
- Allow taxpayers to examine assessment data
- Consideration of waivers of the required 48-hour Notice of Intent to file and objection, requests to testify by telephone or submit a sworn written statement
- Review Notices of Intent to File Objection
- Proceed to hear objections
- Deliberate after objections are heard, and make determinations
- Set another hearing date, if necessary, for written objections filed but not heard
- Adjourn
The above meetings are open to the public and will be held in the Meeting Room at City Hall.
PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE MEETING was posted at City Hall and sent to the Iron County Miner, Associated Bank, Hurley Post Office, and posted on the city’s website.
